Master Phap Lu, ITF Secretary General, concluded a 3 day ITF Technical seminar for approx 40 participants from Carr TKD (Dartmouth NS), Blue TKD (Lawrencetown NS) and White Tigers TKD (Oromocto NB). The participants learned an incredible amount of information about the Theory of Power, terminology, patterns, free sparring and self defense. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Master Lu also conducted an examination of Mr. Carr's most senior student, Mr. Bryan Blue. He was promoted to 3rd Degree Black Belt.

Master Lu was appointed as Secretary General of the ITF at the ITF Congress during the ITF World Csampionshps in Slovenia.

On February 18, Mr. Alain Dumaine and Mr. Etienne Strasse were tested for, repectively, their 7th and 4th dans, by Master Phap Lu. Their performance was exemplary and was a testimony to the quality of Taekwon-Do in Canada.
